  • LX.lab CB06.04.020

It’s been six months since the launch of the LX.lab’s very first Academic in Residence (AiR) program launched with Ilaria Vanni. Since the launch we have developed a suite of resources including but not limited to a Place-based Methodologies website and podcast series called ‘place stories’. The aim of the project was to generate resources on research methodologies for students working in inquiry-based mode, and more specifically on projects about specific sites. To do this we drew on the knowledge of UTS teachers and researchers’ around place-based methodologies, and brought together a community of practice.

Please join us for afternoon tea to celebrate this community, Ilaria’s residency and learn more about her project and the resources developed. You will hear from a panel of UTS academics including, Kristine Aquino, Paul Allatson, Lesley Harbon, Megan Heyward, Alastair Pennycook and Andrew Toland

*Afternoon tea will provided. Stay tuned on Futures for more exciting updates to come!
