10:00 am - 3:30 pm - Zoom – further details provided upon registration
Join us on a discovery of AVS’s catalogue of virtual reality tours that take you through some of UTS’s larger teaching spaces. This new tool provides an interactive and immersive way to assess the spaces, understand the facilities, plan your classes and prepare for presentations. Not having to be physically onsite to familiarise yourself with these classrooms means you can do some planning or get some basic training in a remote capacity.
Staff hosting meetings can use this functionality to assess if the room is suited to their needs and familiarise themselves with the AV Technology in the room. UTS Event Organisers could use this to help promote our facilities, assess the space for their clients’ needs and get a better understanding of the AV capabilities in the room.
These 360 VR tours are helpful for:
- Identifying resources available in each room
- Planning learning and teaching activities to maximise space and resources
- Upskilling in Audio Visual equipment training
In this session, we will cover:
- UTS VR Experience – Presentation
- Live demonstration – VR Tour
- Practice using the – VR Tour
Registration
These sessions will be repeated between 10am – 3:30pm. Please register for the time-slot that works best for you.
