You may be aware that UTS licensed the Qwickly plug-in to UTSOnline for the start of Spring session 2017. Currently the Qwickly Productivity tools are available for staff to use, enabling you to perform a range of tasks efficiently, straight from the main MyUTSOnline page

Qwickly also includes an Attendance tool, and some of you may have seen this demonstrated earlier in the year. This tool allows you to track attendance which is then automatically graded in the UTSOnline grade centre.

We would like to invite you now to trial the use of the Qwickly attendance tool in your subjects. Suggested uses include taking attendance for labs and tutorials.

Please let us know by email to futures.team@uts.edu.au if you would like to participate, so we can keep track of participants for feedback.

Information on setting up and using Qwickly attendance is available here.

Join a demo session of Qwickly Attendance on Friday 6 October 12pm:

The trial will end after the last day of teaching for Spring 2017 session, October 20. After that time we will ask for your feedback on the tool.

If you need help with using the tool during the trial, please log a support request through Service Connect.
