Welcome to a refreshed site, designed to give you a whole new way of exploring our learning and teaching content. Read on to find out what’s changed.
Over the past six months, the Futures team has been hard at work to improve our site. This week, our brand new look is finally ready to share with you. There are a few changes you may have already noticed, so let us point you in the right direction for content, events and services.
What’s changed?
Futures is now part of our expanded site, LX at UTS. In the two years since we started Futures, we’ve launched the LX.lab and have been involved in many different learning and teaching projects. Learning experience is at the core of all we do – we’re constantly working to better understand, improve and share the learning experience at UTS. With the LX Transformation now in our sights, this will also give us an opportunity to offer helpful resources as the project progresses. Keep watching this space to see what else will be available on the LX at UTS site.

Accessing posts and events
All of your favourite Futures content is still available, just click on Futures blog on the main page. Here you can browse all of the latest posts, plus see what’s trending on Futures. To navigate to a specific topic, look to the tag cloud on the left side of the page. To search for a post, enter your keywords into the search bar at the top of the page.
To view or register for an event, click the Events tab in the top navigation bar.
On the LX homepage, you can access posts, events and LX.lab services. Scroll down to view events and your own planner, then scroll down to the next row of tiles for information about the LX.lab.
Contributing
To log in to your account, you can navigate to the log-in page either from the navigation bar along the top of the page, or at the global footer menu at the bottom of any page.
You can start a new post from the dashboard. If you have previously contributed to Futures, you’ll notice that the editor looks a little different. This is our new and improved editor – promising a cleaner, simpler editing experience.
Thank you for continuing to read and contribute to Futures! We look forward to bringing you more great content.
