After a busy year of online teaching and lockdowns, the LX.lab is excited to be back on campus in 2022. Read on to find out more about our online support options and the resumption of our face-to-face consultations.

Online support

The LX.lab is ready to support you with your queries about learning technologies and subject design. Log a ticket to the LX.lab via ServiceConnect at lxlabservices.uts.edu.au and one of our friendly staff members will be able to assist. You can choose from getting online support via email, or having a chat with one of our Leaning Design and Technology Specialists via Zoom.

Got a quick question? Chat with us on lx-uat.uts.edu.au between 10am and 4pm on weekdays for any general queries about our services, events and using learning technologies.

Face-to-face consultations

The LX.lab team will be back on campus for face-to-face support. From Monday 14 February, you can book a face-to-face consultation with one of our Learning Design and Technology Specialists, available between 10am and 4pm on weekdays. Our consultation space is operating in line with the Campus Reactivation Portal guidelines and our services will be limited due to safety protocols. Consultations must be booked in advance – please log a ticket via ServiceConnect to secure your preferred time at lxlabservices.uts.edu.au.

Events and workshops

The LX.lab team is providing a variety of online workshops for learning technologies including Canvas, Kaltura, H5P, Mentimeter and much more. Register for upcoming events and manage your bookings here.
