10:00 am - 11:00 am - Zoom – further details provided upon registration
When students feel like their teacher cares about them as a person, as well as their success in the course, it creates a foundation of trust that promotes meaningful interactions and learning. Right now, we all need some kindness in our lives – both kindness to our students and kindness to ourselves as teachers. This session covers what this learning environment looks like, how it functions, and the short and long-term impact on student learning.
