Beginner. Prior knowledge of assessment tasks are set up in Canvas is desirable.

Who should attend this session?

Teaching staff who will be marking assessment tasks in Canvas, with Speedgrader.

What will you learn? 

In this 1 hour session, you will learn how to:

  • access a submitted assessment task in Canvas
  • mark and provide feedback in Canvas with Speedgrader
  • mark and provide feedback in Turnitin Feedback Studio, via Canvas.

Casual academic program

The program is open to UTS casual academics who are teaching in Spring session 2021. You are invited to participate in up to TWO of these online professional development workshops and be paid for your time*. Please note that there are caps on some workshops.  

 *Paid places are at the Other Academic Activity non-PhD rate of $49.47. This is a professional learning opportunity, not a teaching activity.  

Please note: Staff who are in full-time or fractional academic employment at UTS in addition to their casual academic contract are not eligible for payment.
